DESCRIPTION:The Wind Ensemble is one of the premier musical ensembles at th
 e University. The organization presents several concerts throughout the ac
 ademic year\, showcasing a wide range of styles from traditional to avant-
 garde. Since 1985\, the ensemble has performed at numerous prestigious eve
 nts\, including Mississippi Bandmasters Association conventions\, All-Sout
 h Honor Band clinics\, three regional College Band Directors National Asso
 ciation (CBDNA) conferences\, three national CBDNA conferences\, and two a
 nnual conventions of the American Bandmasters Association. The Wind Ensemb
